PV_GBa User Sequence Submission

*Overgo design and screening of BAC libraries is fraught with difficulties and we don't guarantee success. You should check back periodically to see if your sequence was screened and if it was successful. If your sequence does find a BAC, please order that clone from one of the BAC resource centers such as AGI or CUGI.

1) Not all sequences yield overgos that match our criteria (length, Tm, non-repetitive, etc...).
2) Overgos are, on average, 60-70% successful in finding BACs after hybridization and disambiguation of multi-dimensional data.
3) To exclude any false positives, identified BACs should be confirmed in your lab via Southern or PCR before expending more time or money on them.
